Service providers

These are the companies that process data for Runova so it can run the Service. Each one works under its own data-processing terms, and Runova stays responsible for them under Annex A of our Terms. We will post any new or replacement provider on this page at least 14 days before it starts processing customer data.

What is not on this list
- No analytics or advertising company. The website counts visits on our own server, as the Privacy Policy explains.
- No outside AI provider. The in-app AI help runs on the model built into Chrome on your own device.
- Sentry (crash reports) and Resend (email) were removed from the Service on 10 October 2026.
